The Lewis Merthyr Band was very sorry to hear of the problems that other bands in the Rhondda Valleys area are suffering with three notable names facing possible extinction in recent months.The Band is pleased to say that it is bucking this trend and has an imaginative work programme in view for 2009 and beyond.
